The living room has spacious open-concept interiors, and an [American] high quality Nolte kitchen fully equipped with the best Neff appliances.From the living room you can open up the sliding doors and seamlessly step into the spacious patio and garden with a private swimming pool and incredible sea views, plenty of sunbeds, ping-pong table and a comfortable area with sofas and chairs so you can enjoy and relax in the sun or the shade, whichever you prefer. From the garden an exterior stair grants access to the (85m2) top floor terrace with Jacuzzi.On the top floor you will find the master bedroom with bathroom en suite, and a stunning view of the valley leading down to the Mediterranean sea that will leave you speechless.
