Los Boliches Penthouse with panoramic wiew and BBQ
This lovely penthouse is situated in the central part of Los Boliches!
Perfect location with all the amenities with in walking distance, the supermarket Mercadona is just around the corner aprox. 2 minutes walk, 5 minutes walk to the train station of Los Boliches that has a very easy access to the airport and as well charming Malaga with the narrow streets ending out in to the small beautiful squares and the port with all cruise ships.
There is a 7 minutes walk to the nice beach. Los Boliches is an old fishing village, a long the beach promenade you will find ´´Chiringuitos´´ beach restaurants where you can eat typical mediterranean food, and see when they grill sardines in boats, and just enjoy the stanning beach, sea wiew and dream away. There is 10 minutes walk to the restaurant street called ´´Calle del hambre´´ that means the ´´hungry street´´ were you will find all different cuisines. The typical spanish tapas bars are a ´´must´´ to try.
This nice penthouse is for 4 people, its very family friendly, has 2 bedrooms both with bathroom ensuite, two with shower, in both of the bedrooms there are large wardrobes. From one of the bedrooms you have access to one of the two terraces were you can enjoy your morning coffee and the beautiful sunrise.
There is air conditioning in all the rooms.
There are two kitchens, the first kitchen you will find is on the same floor as the bedrooms, living room and contains with stove, oven, toaster, coffee machine, and kitchen utensils.
In the light living room you have a working desk, dining table for 4 people and a cozy sofa to watch the smart TV . The slide doors are leading out to an terrace with fantastic sea views to enjoy breakfast in the morning.
The home is equipped with alarm, that you can feel free to use, meaning that you can activate it when you leave the house. However the area is very safe. Due to the alarm system (that is active when there is no guests, and used only in case of an emergency), there are 2 camera devices in the home. If you feel better for your privacy, it's also possible to cover them while you are there.
The stairs leads to the upper floor were you will find the second kitchen with stove, oven and kitchen utensils, from the cosy inclosed room with the sofa, you open the slide doors to the amazing terrace with panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea and the mountains, in the evenings to enjoy the BBQ, and just look at the stars and dream away.
